New in Avo: Set up Inspector via Rudder or PostHog, clickable changes & more!
Now you can connect Avo Inspector in minutes with RudderStack and PostHog integrations, clickable items on the review screen, speed up your workflow by duplicating similar events, and more 🚀
Hi Avo community!
It’s spring cleaning season here at Avo HQ. In the past month or so we’ve been focused on fighting bugs and shipping some exciting feature requests from y’all ✨🧹✨
Keep scrolling for updates on what we’ve been shipping ⛵️
Connect Inspector in minutes with RudderStack and PostHog integrations
If you already send data to RudderStack, PostHog or Segment you can now let the Inspector analyze and identify issues in your event tracking without any code changes.
Here you can learn more about how these integrations are configured:
Open items directly from the review screen
When reviewing changes on a branch you sometimes want to pop into an event, property or a metric to make a quick adjustment, or dig deeper into the changes being made. Now you can click on changed items on the branch review screen and interact with the selected item in the side drawer 🎉
Speed up your data design workflow by duplicating similar events 📑
A lot of times, the events you are creating are similar to an event which you’ve already defined and it would be pretty nice to have a copy/paste function of sorts. The duplicate event feature lets you create a replica of an existing event and take it from there. Available on our Team plan and upwards but you can also give it a go with a trial!
Filters filtering 🔎
It might sound recursive, but wouldn’t it be nice to be able to filter the filters? 😅 We’ve added some search to the filters in the events sheet, enabling you to find the filters you need more efficiently. We also applied this to when you’re adding a category to an item.
